June 2025 - Dr. Meyers, Dr. Phills, Gretchen, Marcus, Izzy, Jaylene, Luke, Samara, and Kyrie will be presenting at SPSSI in Portland!! (That's almost our entire lab!)
March 2025 - Dr. Meyers will give a talk at the SAS Positive Emotion Pre-Conference titled "The impact of race on emotion perception within individuals and crowds"
February 2025 - Luke Herder won the UROP mini grant for his honors thesis!!
February 2025 - Dr. Phills, Gretchen, Marcus, and Jaylene presented posters at SPSP in Denver!
January 2025 - Dr. Meyers, Dr. Phills, and colleagues' chapter A Social Cognitive Approach to Studying Processes Related to Intergroup Bias and Its Implications for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has been accepted in The Sage Handbook of Psychological Perspectives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion!
January 2025 - Dr. Meyers gave a talk for the UO Linguistics Department Colloquium titled "Race-Conscious Messaging and their Impacts on Bias, Equity, and Inclusion" where she discussed our lab's projects!
